April 13, 2013 / Manila – Participants found themselves transported to Greece at Sub-Zero and Wolf’s recently held cooking demo, Cook and Eat Greek! The event was kicked off with the Resident Chef showing the guests how to creatively serve Pita with a variety of dips such as Tzatziki, Hummus and Skorthalia. Good refrigeration is key to making dips last without sacrificing the freshness and taste, and this is effortless with Sub-Zero’s superior food preservation technology. Other Greek cuisine staples like the Rustic Eggplant Moussaka, Spanakorizo (Spinach Rice Pilaf) and Braised Beef Short Ribs with Garlic Yoghurt Sauce were simultaneously prepared by the Resident Chef with the help of Wolf appliances’ precision cooking technology. The event was capped off by delicious homemade Baklava that had guests asking for seconds. Everyone had a blast learning how to whip up a delicious Greek feast in their very own kitchens.
