August 9, 2014 – Sub-Zero and Wolf brought together delighted Cebuanos who have a shared passion for good food and precision cooking last August 9, 2014. In its first ever Try Before You Buy event, guests were invited to a private culinary demonstration where they got to use Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances to cook classic brunch recipes alongside Focus Global’s corporate chefs — Chef Joyce Santos and Chef Gio Besa.
The intimate demo ensured that everyone had the opportunity to experience Sub-Zero and Wolf for themselves – from flipping their crepes to effortlessly melting chocolate sauce.
Guests were able to see how Wolf achieves impressive highs and delicate lows with its precision cooking technology. They also found out more about the pioneering freshness technologies behind a Sub-Zero, which makes it best in class when it comes to refrigeration.
The corporate chefs who have prepared many exceptional meals with Sub-Zero and Wolf were more than happy to share their experiences with the guests, as well as tips and tricks in perfecting their techniques for the brunch recipes.
The day’s exercises produced a delicious array of brunch dishes like the Quiche Lorraine, Poached Salmon with Dill-Sour Cream Sauce, Potato Roesti, and Banana Chocolate Crepe for dessert.
