PREPARATION
- In large stockpot over high heat on Wolf Induction Cooktop, bring 6 quarts salted water to a full boil.
- Add beans to the water and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not over cook. Immediately drain and chill in ice water. Drain well. Set aside.
- About 10 minutes before serving, heat 12-inch sauté pan over high heat on Wolf cooktop.
- Add butter. Melt butter until it becomes brown.
- Add nutmeg, salt, pepper, and almonds to the pan. Allow the almonds to brown.
- Add green beans and turn frequently with tongs until the beans are heated through. Adjust seasoning if desired and serve immediately.
