INGREDIENTS
  • ? cup whipping cream, chilled

  • 1-2 cups brewed coffee

  • 1-2 tbsp Irish whiskey/Irish cream liqueur

  • 2-4 tsp brown sugar

  • As needed cocoa powder

PREPARATION METHOD

PREPARATION

  1. In a medium bowl, whip the chilled whipping cream using a hand mixer until soft peaks form. Set aside to use for garnish later.
  2. Use your Wolf Coffee System to make the brewed coffee. Remove, fill and reinstall the water tank.
  3. Using the handle, slide the unit forward and open the whole bean compartment lid. Fill the compartment with whole coffee beans, then slide the unit back into position.
  4. Press BEANS multiple times to select the desired taste. Choices include extra-mild, mild, standard, strong, extra strong, or pre-ground.
  5. Then press and select COFFEE. Press to initiate the cycle for one cup of coffee, or press for more than one cup.
  6. Add 1 tbsp of Irish whiskey / Irish cream liqueur and 2 tsp of brown sugar into each cup of coffee. Adjust the amount of whiskey or brown sugar according to your preference. Mix it thoroughly until the brown sugar is dissolved.
  7. Top each cup of Irish coffee with a dollop of whipped cream and a light dusting of cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
