PREPARATION
- In a medium bowl, whip the chilled whipping cream using a hand mixer until soft peaks form. Set aside to use for garnish later.
- Use your Wolf Coffee System to make the brewed coffee. Remove, fill and reinstall the water tank.
- Using the handle, slide the unit forward and open the whole bean compartment lid. Fill the compartment with whole coffee beans, then slide the unit back into position.
- Press BEANS multiple times to select the desired taste. Choices include extra-mild, mild, standard, strong, extra strong, or pre-ground.
- Then press and select COFFEE. Press to initiate the cycle for one cup of coffee, or press for more than one cup.
- Add 1 tbsp of Irish whiskey / Irish cream liqueur and 2 tsp of brown sugar into each cup of coffee. Adjust the amount of whiskey or brown sugar according to your preference. Mix it thoroughly until the brown sugar is dissolved.
- Top each cup of Irish coffee with a dollop of whipped cream and a light dusting of cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
